Leeland Temple lives in a 14 by 60 foot trailer home on Post Oak Road in Texas. He opened up a letter from TXU Energy threating to shut off his electricity if he did not pay the $12,864.51 bill by May 3. Even after getting an attorney to phone the company with him they said he would have to pay $50 to conduct an investigation. TXU Energy spokeswomen later admitted the company had made a billing error. Leelands last months electric bill was for only 5 bucks, also a mistake. "It should be no more than $100 (each month)," he said. Well Leeland why not use solar power? Its got a fixed rate per month less than what your paying now ($100 a month!!!).
